  • New globals date file ("data\globals.zdf"). All of the following data is now pulled from this file at runtime:
    • Despairs
    • Despair levels
    • Deterioration levels
    • Eaten levels
    • Infection levels
    • Sociality levels
    • Eat speed, deterioration speed and infection speeds for dead and alive
    • Item fatigue deterioration (NYI)
  • Basic code for in-built scripting engine
    • Added Interpreter.vb
  • New extensions
    • .ZDF - data file
    • .ZDH - hero file
    • .ZDS - script file
    • .ZDI - item file
  • When an infected human dies, will have high infection levels no matter what they were at when they died
  • Gender menu added to character generation
  • Added error handling for external data files
  • Small amounts of refactoring
  • Fixed a problem with message pumping
  • Added Crafting.vb, handles combining items, traps, drugs and barricades
  • Items can now block pathing (but not LoS). Should be used primarily for furniture
  • Added logging support. Zero Day now creates a file (log.txt) in the app directory
  • Added basic furniture set routines (FurnitureSet.vb). Furniture sets allow the placement of groups of furniture
  • Monsters, items and furniture are now loaded from list files. To add new things, create an XML file for it and add the filename to the appropriate list file
  • Added support for furniture set scripts
